PSL 11 is unlike any other season before it. PSL 11 Squad 2026 revealed! Check full team squads, player lists, and latest updates for all PSL teams in Pakistan Super League 2026
If you want one place that tells you exactly who is playing for which team in PSL 2026, and what each player cost, this is it. No fluff, no guessing — just the full picture.
What Makes PSL 11 Different from Previous Seasons
Before we get into the squads, here’s what changed and why it matters.
The auction system is brand new. From 2016 to 2025, PSL used a draft where players were slotted into fixed price categories — Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Emerging. Teams picked in set orders. There was no bidding war. That all ended in PSL 11.
On February 11, 2026, at Lahore Expo Centre, all eight franchises sat down and bid openly for players for the very first time. A total of 888 players registered, and 103 were sold across the auction.
Two new teams joined the league. PSL expanded from six to eight franchises, adding:
- Hyderabad Kingsmen (owned by FKS Consortium)
- Rawalpindiz / Pindiz (owned by Walee Technologies, who bought the former Multan Sultans franchise)
Also, the previous Multan Sultans franchise did not continue under that name. Walee Technologies rebranded and relocated the team to Rawalpindi.
Each team’s auction purse was capped at PKR 45 crore, extendable to PKR 50.5 crore if they directly signed one foreign player who hadn’t played PSL before. Teams could also retain up to four players before the auction started.
The Most Expensive Players in PSL 2026
Before diving team by team, here are the top buys from the entire auction:
| Player | Team | Price (PKR) |
|---|---|---|
| Naseem Shah | Rawalpindiz | 8.65 crore |
| Faheem Ashraf | Islamabad United | 8.50 crore |
| Daryl Mitchell | Rawalpindiz | 8.05 crore |
| Fakhar Zaman | Lahore Qalandars | 7.95 crore |
| David Warner | Karachi Kings | 7.90 crore |
| Haris Rauf | Lahore Qalandars | 7.60 crore |
| Khawaja Nafay | Quetta Gladiators | 6.50 crore |
| Mark Chapman | Islamabad United | 7.00 crore |
| Sahibzada Farhan | Sialkot Stallionz | 5.70 crore |
| Steve Smith | Sialkot Stallionz | 14 crore (Direct Signing) |
Note: Steve Smith’s 14 crore direct signing by Sialkot is outside the main auction purse. Direct signings of unregistered overseas players were capped at PKR 5.5 crore from the auction purse but could go higher as a pre-auction direct deal.

Every fan has a take, but here’s a fair read:
Lahore Qalandars — On paper, one of the strongest. Shaheen, Haris Rauf, Fakhar Zaman, and Mustafizur Rahman is elite quality across all three departments.
Rawalpindiz — Naseem Shah, Daryl Mitchell, and Rizwan as captain makes them formidable. Deep purse, smart spending.
Islamabad United — Experience and title-winning DNA. Faheem Ashraf at 8.5 crore is a statement. Shadab Khan as captain keeps them organized.
Hyderabad Kingsmen — Saim Ayub alone could win matches. A lot rides on the new franchise settling quickly.
